Absolutely loved the beach views and the fab facilities - the sauna was delightful! But really, the only thing missing was a magic wand to clean the place. Seriously, it was like a messy teenager's room had taken over!

The location was great and incredible in a really quiet area, short walk to good restaurants. Btw, we admired The Entrance Town Centre, based at a walking distance from the hotel. The rooms were perfectly clean and huge and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Kitchenette was a plus.

The units are budget, spotless with partial water views, a washing machine, as for instance...

We absolutely loved our stay at Scarborough Beach Resort! It was a comfortable place for a short vacation. the hotel is centrally located right on the waterfront, making it convenient for exploring. Our room was not only functional but also beautifully designed, complete with an iron, a kettle, and a toaster.

Modern and fairly clean hotel, excellent and unbeatable location close to the main Redcliffe area. Brand-new, beautifully decorated rooms, comfy bed, outstandingly accommodating staff. It's own balcony, all the necessary facilities and a lounge - very useful. Location close enough to the northern bayside of Brisbane and restaurants shops and coffee shops.
Poor area.

tiny room, terrible service
The location is great and the rooftop views are impressive.
The room was too small for comfort. I had to wait an hour on hold just to change rooms after finding a cockroach.

We actually live in Brisbane city and decided to escape just a little out of town. Scarborough is not far from the city but still a pretty beachside escape with a new set of design modern aprtment resorts. Limited shopping and activities except for park and beach and nice for families or passing through. My young son and I had a lovely coupleof days escapeat Scarborough Resort.
Studio rooms seem small without balconies for the price but still ok. Being an apartment managed possibly on a smaller basis you are also expected to clean everything before you leave except linen whereas in a complete Resort you could tidy up and just leave. The name Resort can connote Hotel whereas these are more like apartments managed wit the name Resort. No problems for us though as we did clean up everything.

The convenience of having self contained equipped with your every need. Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Also the BBQ area on the roof was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and pool/ Jacuzzi great. Gym facilities too.
Too much of a holiday resort, so everything closed early

The position of the resort was excellent as it was accessible to many shopping centres, beach, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

The location is good. The unit was large and well equipped. It is a relaxing area.
The only negative was no screens on windows or doors and no fans. The unit was air conditioned but we like fresh air.

View from room, safety of area
Smelled stale, carpet needs to be stretched and a major clean. More towels for people to use. Husband is 6"4" and 240 lbs the towel around him just didn't quite fit around him! I think cleaning supplies and toilet paper should be provided when staying for a week and/or to purchase small supplies at a reasonable price. Internet should be complementary.
